Who runs this site

Coaxal is a service of Dogfooded SAS, France. We are the ones who would run the audit, and the ones responsible for the data described below. Write to hello@dogfooded.com and a person answers.

What this site measures

Two things measure this site, and neither of them knows who you are. An analytics pixel from Polish, another Dogfooded product, records page views and clicks on the buttons against an anonymous identifier stored in your browser; it is what tells us which wording works. And PostHog, hosted in the European Union, records the same visits plus which of the page's buttons you clicked, so we can tell where our visitors come from. Both are served from this domain, both stop at an anonymous identifier: no name, no email, no advertising network, no profile sold to anyone.

When you book a call

The booking link takes you to Google Calendar, where the appointment and whatever you type into it are handled by Google under their own terms. We see the name, email and message you chose to give, and we use them to prepare and hold the call.

When you email us

Mail sent to hello@dogfooded.com reaches us and stays with us. We keep it as long as the conversation is useful, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.

What we see during an audit

An audit means talking to your agent, so we necessarily see how it answers and what it has access to. Everything we find is confidential, we sign an NDA before anything starts, and we never reuse a client's findings elsewhere without asking. Where an agent can reach real customer data, we ask for a test account instead.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to the measurement above — email hello@dogfooded.com and we will action it. You can also block either of them with any content blocker; the site works exactly the same without them.
